Why Darim

Selection that starts with the finished drink.

We respect origin and producers, but we never judge tea by origin alone.

Darim evaluates flavor, aroma, usability, consistency, and honest value together. For cafés, that means tasting the tea in the way it will actually be served—not only as dry powder or in water.

01 Taste in context

Tested in milk and real drink ratios.

02 Regional character

Boseong and Hadong, clearly distinguished.

03 Practical partnership

Guidance for dosage, recipes, and supply planning.

An atmospheric interpretation of Korean tea fields at dawn

Boseong, South Korea

Born where mountains, coast, and rivers meet.

Boseong's layered landscape gathers frequent morning mist. That mist softens the light across its tea fields, shaping the clean, smooth character at the heart of Grove—and the tea roasted for Amber.

Atmospheric visual interpretation of the region.
